Once you fill out and return our Registration Form we will undertake a comprehensive search of all properties being marketed that fit your criteria.  (In limiting the number of clients on our books at any one time, we are able to assure an extremely high level of personal attention to each search.)  This includes all properties, from small flats and houses to country estates, listed with estate agents as well as private sales.

We have built a good relationship with many estate agents so often know about properties before they are officially marketed or advertised.  You will receive details of appropriate properties in your chosen location.

Our procedure

We will view the properties that most interest you and send you our feedback.  Subject to the vendor's consent, we can take further photographs and e-mail them to you.

We will arrange for you to view your chosen shortlist of properties and accompany you on all viewings. 

Unlike an estate agent who acts on behalf of the vendor we act on behalf of the buyer, negotiating the best possible purchase price.  With our extensive knowledge of the local market, our aim is to save you far more than our fee.

If you proceed with a purchase, we can introduce you to a solicitor.

Should you require work to be done to your property, we can recommend skilled local builders, decorators etc.
